About The Relevant Workplace

We created The Relevant Workplace with one goal in mind, help organizations find and operationalize their purpose, so everyone loves where they work. As business advisors, marketing executives and hiring experts, we have seen businesses and departments struggle to find meaning in both economic downturns and unprecedented upswings. The constant winners were always those who knew where they were going, what they stood for, and had every employee excited and engaged about their destination.

We are wholly invested in our client’s success. We have served clients from the smallest just starting, reaching for fortune, all the way to the fortune 500. When you work with us, you will know we do not consult and run. We are dedicated from start to finish and give every client everything we have.

We are thoughtful about who we work with and only partner with clients who share our belief that relevant workplaces are healthier, have more potential for long-term growth and give every employee a chance to love where they work.

Our partnership with The Predictive Index allows us to bring data and a robust software platform to the process of hiring, employee engagement and team design. All to help our clients not only know where they are going but make sure they have the best possible teams and employees to get them there.

James Gabriel Brown
Partner | Chief of Engagement | Individualist

Self-proclaimed rule breaker, and Predictive Index Individualist, his favorite question is, “why are we doing it this way?”

A career-long creative thinker and practitioner, James has been fortunate enough to work with industry-leading marketing executives in Fortune 500 brands and smaller companies reaching for fortune within their area of specialty.

My purpose is to bring color to all the gray business matters.

In his career as designer, art director and creative director, he spearheaded award-winning and integrated advertising campaigns across emerging channels, TV, print, digital and social as well leading re-branding and design efforts for large-scale, corporate identity systems.
